No overselling, no guesswork — just a Ac Repair crew that diagnoses it right the first time. Priority scheduling available across Arlington and the surrounding zip codes.
Call +1-866-805-8548 and describe what your system is doing — the symptoms help us send a tech prepared with the right parts.
Ask as many questions as you want; we'd rather over-explain than leave you unsure.
Warranty details are explained clearly so you know exactly what's covered going forward.
Leonard HVAC didn't start as a franchise chasing volume. We invest in ongoing training so our techs recognize a failing capacitor, a cracked heat exchanger, or a refrigerant leak before it turns into an emergency.
We're not interested in being the cheapest quote on the page — we're the crew that answers the phone at 2am when your furnace quits in the middle of a cold snap. Every job we run is backed by full liability coverage and current state licensing, and we keep that documentation available on request for every job, residential or commercial.
Being local matters more than most companies let on. That local knowledge shapes the maintenance schedules we recommend — it's the difference between a tech who's guessing and a tech who's seen your exact situation a hundred times before.
Trust in this industry gets eroded fast, and it takes real consistency to earn it back. That's the gap we built Leonard HVAC to close. Every dispatcher, every technician, and every follow-up call is held to the same standard, because a customer who trusts us once tends to call us again — and Arlington is a small enough community that reputation travels fast.
That local context saves time on every call, because we're not starting from zero on basic questions about your neighborhood or your system. We keep parts inventory stocked based on what actually fails most often on Arlington's housing stock.
We cover the full range of heating, cooling, and air quality work Arlington properties actually need.
A dead system in the middle of a heat wave or a cold snap isn't just inconvenient — it can be a real safety issue for kids, pets, and older residents. Our Arlington dispatch team prioritizes no-heat and no-cooling calls so a technician is diagnosing your system as fast as physically possible.
If a specialty part genuinely does need to be ordered, we'll set up a safe temporary fix and give you a real timeline instead of leaving you guessing.
Not every repair call ends in a repair — sometimes the honest recommendation is a properly sized replacement. We walk Arlington homeowners through financing and rebate options where available before a single piece of equipment gets ordered.
Every install ends with a performance test, confirming airflow, temperature split, and refrigerant charge are all where they should be before we consider the job finished.
A retail floor, a restaurant kitchen, or an office suite can't run without stable climate control. Our commercial division services rooftop units and package systems across Arlington, with after-hours work to avoid disrupting business.
We understand that a commercial call isn't just about comfort, it's about keeping a business open.
Preventive maintenance is the cheapest repair you'll ever pay for, because it's the one that prevents the bigger bill. Beyond standard tune-ups, we also handle humidifier, dehumidifier, and air purifier installation for Arlington households that want more than just temperature control.
We'll show you photos of anything concerning we find, along with a plain-language explanation of what it means and whether it's urgent.
This is the standard every Arlington technician on our team is held to.
Every repair comes with a workmanship warranty explained in plain terms before we leave.
If a competitor's written quote for the same scope of work is genuinely lower, ask us about it.
Our office follows up after major repairs and installs to confirm everything is holding.
Most breakdowns don't happen without warning — they announce themselves for weeks before the system actually quits.
Ignoring new noises is one of the fastest ways to turn a small repair into a major one.
If some rooms stay hot or cold no matter what the thermostat says, the system may be struggling to distribute air evenly.
Gradual efficiency loss is easy to miss month to month, but it adds up fast over a season.
A system that won't hold a steady cycle is often fighting a sizing issue, a thermostat problem, or a refrigerant imbalance.
A burning smell should never be ignored — it can indicate an electrical issue that needs immediate attention.
Repeated repairs on an aging system are usually the clearest sign that replacement will save more money than another patch job.
No inflated "emergency surcharge" games — the number we quote is the number you pay.
Dispatchers give you a realistic arrival window instead of a vague "sometime today".
Parts and labor are backed by warranty terms explained in plain language.
We run background checks because you're letting someone into your home.
You make the final call — we just make sure you have the full picture.
We'll walk you through what's actually available before you decide.

"Commercial dispatch was quick and the tech understood our system without needing to be walked through it. Documentation for our records was thorough and easy to file."
"I appreciated that they didn't try to sell me a bigger unit than I needed. My energy bill dropped noticeably the first month with the new system."
"The tech walked me through what he was checking as he went, which I really appreciated. This is the company I'm saving in my phone now."
Understanding what typically fails helps homeowners know what to watch for and when a repair call is worth making before things get worse.
The shift between peak heating and peak cooling demand is exactly when older or neglected equipment tends to fail. Before the heaviest cooling months hit, it's worth having the refrigerant charge checked, the condenser coils cleaned, and the filter replaced — all of which directly affect how hard the compressor has to work.
Setting a programmable or smart thermostat to a consistent schedule reduces the number of times the system has to work hard to catch up to a big temperature swing. None of this replaces a professional tune-up, but it does reduce the wear that leads to premature breakdowns between visits.
Whether your Arlington home has a traditional split system, a ductless mini-split, a heat pump, or a hybrid dual-fuel setup, our crews are equipped to diagnose and repair it. If your system was installed by a different company entirely, that's not a problem — we service equipment regardless of who originally put it in, and we'll pull the model and serial information to confirm parts compatibility before any repair begins.
